Season 2 saw 10 couples instead of 6.

Drew Lachey, singer - partner Cheryl Burke (Season 2 winners - 2-24-6)
Jerry Rice, NFL player - partner Anna Trebunskaya (second place)
Stacy Keibler, WWE wrestler - partner Tony Dovolani (third place)
Lisa Rinna, actress/TV host - partner Louis van Amstel (eliminated seventh)
Kenny Mayne, sports anchorman - partner Andrea Hale (eliminated first)
Tatum O'Neal, actress - partner Nick Kosovich (eliminated second)
Giselle Fernandez, journalist - partner Jonathan Roberts (eliminated third)
Master P, rapper - partner Ashly DelGrosso (eliminated fourth)
Tia Carrere, actress - partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy (eliminated fifth)
George Hamilton, actor - partner Edyta Sliwinska (eliminated sixth)

The format for Series had similar pairings to the 1st series with a retired athlete, ex boy band member, a model, soap star and older gentleman.

The series went to 90 minutes with the extra dancers with a results show the next night.

DWTS Tickets

DWTS had guest appearance by Barry Manilow, Bill Medley, Burt Bacharach, Jesse McCartney, Mary J. Blige, Michael Buble, Natasha Bedingfield, and the Pussycat Dolls.

This season DWTS introduced the encore of the previous night's best routine. Drew Lachey was featured twice. Stacy Keibler and Rinna were featured once each.

Drew and Stacy we5re front runners early on. 98 Degrees fans or WWE fan may have influenced their success. Drew applauded Cincinnati for keeping him in the race. While Keibler had the legs and technical perfection , Lachey was the risk taker. Both held the top 2 spots in judges scores and were the only dancers to get perfect scores as well as encore dances.

For the 1st time in DWTS history Stacy and Tony achieved two 30s in a row. Along with Jerry Rice and Anna Trebunskaya, Drew and Cheryl were never in the bottom 2. Keibler and Lachey are among the best dancers among all the international versions of DWTS.
