Dancing With The Stars Tickets - Season 3

Season three premiered 9-12-6 with eleven couples. Celebrity participants were:

• Emmitt Smith, NFL running back – partner Cheryl Burke (WINNERS)
• Mario Lopez, actor/TV host – partner Karina Smirnoff (runners-up)
• Tucker Carlson, news anchor – partner Elena Grinenko (eliminated first)

• Shanna Moakler, television star - partner Jesse DeSoto (eliminated second)
• Harry Hamlin, actor – partner Ashly DelGrosso (eliminated third)
• Vivica A. Fox, actress – partner Nick Kosovich (eliminated fourth)
• Willa Ford, singer - partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy (eliminated fifth)
• Sara Evans, singer - partner Tony Dovolani (withdrew during sixth week)
• Jerry Springer, talk show host – partner Kym Johnson (eliminated sixth)
• Monique Coleman, actress - partner Louis van Amstel (eliminated seventh)

• Joey Lawrence, actor – partner Edyta Sliwinska (eliminated eighth)

Scoring was changed with the fan vote being translated directly into percebtages. The fan vote still counted for half. Judges scores were calculated by converting the score into percentages as well.

Evans' withdrawal

10-12-6 Sara Evans withdrew to be with her kids during divorce proceedings. Since she withdrew in week 6 there was no elimination that week and scores from week 6 & 7 were totaled for the week 7 elimination.
